Overview

When you enter the store you will see this navigation bar.

You can by Ranks, Boosters, Mystery Boxes, Companions, Bundles and Gifts !
When you click on 1 of these buttons you will see that a name checker pops up !

Just enter the minecraft username of your friend / children or yourself.
NOTE : If you type in the wrong username you will never receive what you bought !

Ranks are one of the most best sold products on The Hypixel Network !

You can buy 4 types of ranks,

Now you see the Checkout page.
You can redeem a coupon code.
You must fill in your details.
And you must agree with the terms & conditions of the purchase.

After you filled in your data and accepted the terms & conditions of the purchase you can select a Payment method.

PayPal is one of the most used and safest Payment methods on earth.
You have to link PayPal with your Bank account.

Is it safe to buy a rank on The Hypixel Network ?
Yes it is, after you read this guide you're totally ready to jump into your store adventure !

What if I don't receive my purchase ?
When you buy a product in the store it has a maximum delay of 24 hours untill you receive it.
If you still don't have it after 24 hours please submit a ticket here :

Question 3
Why would I donate to the Hypixel Network ?
Minecraft servers are not free and cost tons of money.
Developers that keep the server update costs also a lot of money.
That's where your money will be send to.
You can keep Hypixel running by donating just buying something in the store !
