Poppy Seed Salad Dressing Recipe
Homemade Honey Poppy Seed Salad Dressing Recipe is amazing and it is loved by everyone in my house! Yes, you can buy Poppy seed dressing in the store but it is so easy to make poppyseed dressing at home that I find there is no point in buying it at the store.
I also love that when you are making salad dressing at home you are able to avoid all of the additives and preservatives that store bought salad dressing is filled with.
My favorite salad to enjoy this homemade dressing on is Spinach Strawberry Salad. However if you are not a fan of strawberry spinach salad, this poppyseed dressing goes amazing with any fresh salad that you are making.
How to Store Honey Poppy Seed Dressing
After making honey poppy seed salad dressing you can use it right away or you can store it in the fridge. I like to make a large batch of dressing and keep it in a mason jar in my fridge so I can just grab it whenever I want it. But it is so easy to make that I can make it fresh in no time if I run out.
If you are storing homemade salad dressing then pour the dressing into a mason jar and tightly close the lid. Store the salad dressing in the fridge, it will keep for up to 2 weeks. Well I should say is it can keep for that long but the chances of it actually lasting that long with out everyone eating it are slim to none.
How to Use Poppy Seed Dressing
As much as I love using Poppyseed dressing on my salads, like Spinach Strawberry Salad it is also great for marinating chicken! After being marinating them in this healthy poppy seed dressing and cooked in the oven or on the grill.

I would use basalmic vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar.
